Living Space
The alpine huts and chalets of the Almdorf Seinerzeit, built according to historical models, situated in the mountains and untouched forests of the national park, welcome the arriving visitor like a welcoming place. In order to meet the wishes and demand of our guests, a careful expansion of the Almdorf was planned. The existing ensemble was upgraded with several larger alpine huts and chalets, as well as a manor house in the proven traditional style, including an underground garage that is not visibly integrated into the grounds.
The successful combination of original tradition and modern living comfort with the individual service of the 5-star establishment can only be found here. The well-known Carinthian hospitality contributes to the fact that one feels here in the truest sense of the word among friends and would like to stay forever.
Your second residence
A few chalets are offered for sale as dedicated second homes. With the authentic interior, furnished with great care for detail, a living and lifestyle feeling is created here that only exists in the Almdorf Seinerzeit. Each Almhütte is equipped with its individual interior SPA. Native materials, traditional construction methods along with innovative building biology ensure well-being and thus create a unique quality of living. Both the exclusive wooden showers and wooden bathtubs, the natural wool curtains specially designed and produced for the Almdorf, as well as its own wine cellar are also part of the interior, which is included in the purchase price.
